Refund Policy

All atmōra pieces are one-of-a-kind, handcrafted from upcycled vintage materials. We hope you love what you receive — but if something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns & store credit

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue store credit for the full purchase amount.

To initiate a return, send us a message at hello@atmorastudio.com.au with your order number and reason for return.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we can't be responsible for items lost in transit.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or we've made an error, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo, and we'll make it right.

On vintage materials

Each atmōra piece is made from vintage kantha quilts and sarees that have lived a life before. Slight variations in colour, texture, and minor signs of previous use — such as small marks or uneven fading — are part of the fabric's history, not flaws. These details are what make each piece truly one-of-a-kind and are not grounds for return.

Processing time

Store credit is issued within 3–5 business days of receiving your return.
